James W Hart Cartoon

This is one of the nicest cartoons from the early days of paintball. I believe that this originally featured in an early edition of Action Pursuit Games (APG) but I can’t say for sure as it pops up in different versions on the internet at times. I’ve cleaned up the original scan to make it a bit more presentable.
