Below are six photos of the Borg outfit that Bruce Roberts of Perentie Paintball created for a big game just after the Star Trek Movie First Contact was released in 1996.
The arm gun is based around the internals of a Perentie Badger semi auto paintball marker. Bruce even wore the suit to the cinema for the local premier of the movie gun included which was a bit naughty.
The final photograph is of a wacky helmet setup sporting dual Badgers complete with a red dot sight. It was a lot of fun but nearly impossible to hit anything with.
Bruce was close friend and a lot of fun to be around. It’s sad that he was lost to us at such a young age.
